Health Spa Center We are offering treatments (traditional and preventiv therapies) based on the healing water and the mud of the thermal lake. (diagnostic section, diet advice, dietetic food, balneo- and hydrotherapy, mechanotherapy, elektrotherapy, phototherapy, inhalation, special packs, dental clinic) Wellbeeing, fitness & beauty Adventure-bath (200 m2 – with in- and outdoor pools), indoor thermal bath (37 °C), outdoor swimming pool and Kneipp tread-basin (mid April to mid October), sauna, sun terrace, different massages (aromatic, relaxing, revitalizing, dry-brush..), aroma bath, beauty salon (face and body treatments, hairdresser, manicure, pedicure), solarium, fitness room, personal fitness training, group exercise classes, life-style advice, Qi Gong, Yoga, autogenous training.

Food & beverage

The Restaurant Aurea and Brasserie Arbor, with terrace overlooking the gardens, offer international, Hungarian, dietetic dishes and regional specialities as well. In addition we also serve a wide range of vegetarian and fish specialities in the Zala Room. Cocktail Bar Quint in the lobby and the Café Terrace Bellevue in the garden ( summer ), offer a fine selection of drinks and coffee specialities in pleasant surroundings. Area information

About the lake The thermal lake of Hévíz is the largest one of its kind in the world and covers a territory of 47,500 m2. The water contains sulphide, the bottom is covered by mud, containing organic and unorganic components. Water temperature in summer: 33-35°C/92-96°F, in winter: 23°C/77°F. Some Highlights of the region: Keszthely - the capital of Lake Balaton This picturesque Baroque town has benn the home of culture & events for 2000 years: theatre, dance, festivals carnivals and a choice of museums are waiting to be experienced. The Castle Festetics is one of the largest Baroque castles of Hungary, the home of Lady Mary Hamilton, where she spent many years as the wife of Prince Festetics. You can visit 101 breath-taking rooms, the wine cellar and stables with its extensive coach and carriage exhibition. Herend - here is the oldest Hungarian porcelain factory, where kings and queens, including Queen Victoria, Queen Sissi and King Maximilian commissioned their tableware. Veszprém - was the town of the Hungarian queens. With its picturesque location, baroque palaces, cathedral and fire tower it has become a very popular destination for tourists. Tihany - is the only peninsula on Lake Balaton. This year the Benedictine Abbey of Tihany celebrates its 950th anniversary. Around the abbey you find a typical old fisherman`s village with small houses.

Families with more children (maximum 4 children) will be allocated 2 rooms. In this case the rate for 2 single rooms plus the mentioned child rates apply.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children from 0 to 6 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 7 to 14 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for cots. All children from 15 to 18 years are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 18 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day.
